Information for your stay at StayInn Freiburg Holiday Apartments and Hostel & Guesthouse
- Check-in: from 2 pm. For bookings at the hostel, holiday apartments Stühlinger Str. 24a and holiday apartment Cylinder please check in at our reception (Stühlinger Str. 24a, 2nd floor) until 10pm, weekends until 9pm. Informing us about your arrival outside our reception opening hours is essential.All other guests receive their keys at the location of their holiday apartment directly.
- Check-out: until 11am
- Our reception: is located at Stühlinger Straße 24a, 2nd floor.The reception is open from Monday to Friday from 9am to 10pm and on Saturday & Sunday as well as bank holidays from 11am to 9pm. On arrival you will receive an emergency phone number where you can reach us in case of an emergency.
- Rooms: are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor, unfortunately we do not have a lift. Please let us know (press the bell) if you need help with your luggage.
- Internet (Wi-Fi) is free of charge!
- Keys for the holiday apartments: Cylinder and Guesthouse are handed out at our hostel reception at Stühlinger Str. 24a, 2nd floor. Keys for all other holiday apartments are to be collected from a key safe at the holiday flat’s location.
- Final Cleaning of holiday apartments: Prices of our holiday apartments exclude a final cleaning. The cleaning fee depends on the size of the flat and ranges between 15 and 30 Euros.
- Please be aware that we cannot accommodate pets.
