Cancellation policy

In case you are not able to travel, the following policy applies:

Cancellation policy in our hostel / guesthouse
In most cases you can cancel your booking free of charge up to a day before your arrival.

• Individual reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to a day before arrival, until 6pm
• For reservations for 10 or more persons or when the booking is for more than 7 days, the booking can be cancelled free of charge up to a week before the arrival date
• From the expiry of the cancellation period 50% of the invoice amount is due and on the day of arrival the full balance (100%) will be charged.

• Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to a week before arrival
• For cancellations made less than 7 days before the arrival date a 50% cancellation fee applies. For cancellations made on the arrival date the full balance will be charged.

Payment Terms

•  No deposit is required
• Payment must be made in full on the arrival date on check-in. For the apartments, full payment must be made by the arrival date.
• We accept cash or debit/ credit cards. Please note at the moment we are not able to accept AmEx cards.
• Accommodation tax: Since 01.01.2014 an additional 5% accommodation tax will apply. Business travelers are exempt from this tax.
